measure once, cut twice I always say… good grief
As someone who built hardwood cabinets 35 years ago, it’s measure once, get it to within 1/16th, then take 1/4 blades off until it fits to within 1/64th, then sand until it’s exact. It’s slow but you can sell the cabinets for stupid amounts of money to discriminating clients while you pay 20 somethings like me(at the time) chump change.
New windows! And they saved money by reusing the old aluminum frames.
Well, saved money not counting the mold cleanup and health problems.
