I don’t see what the problem is, it is a very nice scenery and the switch won’t get touched until you get out of the shower and made of plastic anyways. :mrgreen:

There is no requirement for the switch to be 3 foot from the wet area.

No, but their is this requirement…

weatherproof cover. Switches shall not be installed within
wet locations in tub or shower spaces unless installed as
part of a listed tub or shower assembly.

Now I dont see a shower in that location so now we can argue if this is a damp location…so put a weaterproof cover on it…lol

A receptacle shall not be installed within or directly over a bathtub or shower stall.

It looks directly over to me - ?
