I find that an interesting perspective. I noticed how Trump was having difficulty finding an attorney. Law firms are running from him. But not because he is a crook. Crooks need lawyers and lawyers need crooks. But because American cancel culture has made him radioactive. This is the true result of “Cancel Culture”. People cannot find work because one side or the other will “force” you in or out of business.
So, do you think InterNACHI cannot be great because of…Cancel Culture?

No, I think lawyers are running from Trump because he doesn’t pay or listen to their advice… Mostly he doesn’t pay. The cancel culture notion is irrelevant… The fringe-right has created norms of acceptable behaviors, mostly in subservience to their political beliefs, driven by internally centered hatred and fears, The left in turn is centered in openness and change, seeing the fringe trumpers as hopeless buffoons bent on destroying democracy… There is no longer a middle, which in reality is where the majority of us live…

To the other, the obstacle to Nachi greatness, I’m just saying these type behaviors by Nachi leadership reflects on the entire organization, unless offending a majority of a demographic group is the strategic goal of the entity.

These views (agree or disagree) should be wholly acceptable and viewed as normal discourse in the American debate. But you would prefer them to be silenced. Why is that?

Just for the record, I certainly didn’t flag anyone’s post, never have, and don’t actually know how. Nearly every other platform in the world bans free expression of thought. This one section of a huge forum is the last little island that respects diverse opinions, and that isn’t going to change. I try to title my threads accurately so as not to fool anyone into reading them if they are uninterested. So if you are uninterested, just move on to a section and thread that does interest you. It’s only text, bro.
Now back on thread topic: I think the real problem is Trump’s age. We think of him as fairly young but he’s 76, unfortunately.

Fair enough. But in my mind, these topics should not be the “greatest obstacle” keeping InterNACHI from attaining it’s full potential. And only cancel culture could make it so.
And that is just a sad commentary and a somber reminder of the current state of mind in this country.

That’s funny, (and delusional) The left certainly IS centered on change, but FAR from openness. The change they want is a repeat of history, just pick any totalitarian regime, or any socialist platform. They want to control what you think, what you hear, what you see, what you do, who gets your money, how much you make, what kind of car you have to buy, a return of racism, (black supremacy), child grooming, state education, state welfare, redistribution of wealth, censorship, and on and on and on…
How can you say the trumpers are the ones that want to destroy democracy??
Unless you are referring to the TRUE definition of democracy…(rule by the majority) then yes, we need to get back to what we were founded as… a constitutional republic
