I will say this on Others who havent been mentioned yet....from what i have read and from few whove posted back regarding foundations n Bsmt waterproofing, Christopher Radan, and Robert OConnor, Robert and I dont see eye to eye on ALL,but Robert has far more common sense than others here, and Cheremie Kratzer....and a few more, indeed possess understanding n knowledge and Id recommend them and handful of others to any homeowner.
