I thought this was a unique main-breaker setup for a Zinsco panel. I don’t think I’ve ever come across one like this.

Those are “back-fed” from the left side where they’re connected to the service after the meter.

Sylvania took over Zinsco and used the design for a while with their label. If you look at the breakers, they will usually still say Zinsco.
