I have never seen this before. Any reason this is a problem? This is a strata complex. There is a 60 AMP rating on the service box. Thanks.

It is still a single service drop as the Popester has indicated…just so happens they are running two different lines down which could mean many things…(2) different occupancies on a single service drop, or a par. drop for a single building…in any case it is typically fine.
Now the only potential issues I might note ( but cant see in the image real well ) is that the connection points need to be below the service head ( 230.53(E) )
