Started the business in March 2004, getting 100 inspections under my belt was a landmark for me. (Of course I never imagined how much it would cost to get there!) icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

Nice going James. I was pretty excited when I broke the century mark also. They say if you can do it within the first 12 months of being in business it’s pretty good.

Good man. A job well done. I remember how good it felt to get my 100th inspection. I tried bragging to my wife and all I got from her was "Really". It takes a lot to get her excited. Well, um, oh, You know what I mean.

My advice...Don't get too comfortable with your daily inspection procedures. There's always something different to learn in every home you inspect. Keep you're eyes open and don't get distracted.

Good luck working up to the 200 mark.
