Started the business in March 2004, getting 100 inspections under my belt was a landmark for me. (Of course I never imagined how much it would cost to get there!)

Nice going James. I was pretty excited when I broke the century mark also. They say if you can do it within the first 12 months of being in business it’s pretty good.

Good man. A job well done. I remember how good it felt to get my 100th inspection. I tried bragging to my wife and all I got from her was "Really". It takes a lot to get her excited. Well, um, oh, You know what I mean.
My advice...Don't get too comfortable with your daily inspection procedures. There's always something different to learn in every home you inspect. Keep you're eyes open and don't get distracted.
