What is the the average charge for just a four points in Florida?
Usually around $150-$200

It’s all over the map, I’ve seen & heard of 4-points for $75.00 (give me a break).

Very true. Don’t have one price for any size home. I would recommend charging more for a 6bd 7ba mansion than you would for a 3bd 2ba flat.
Right. I’m trying to come up with a “agreeable / satisfactory “ charge that still provides the the service to the customer without being a cutthroat as***** like I’ve been hearing from some of our fellow tradesman. Thanks for your feedback

Simply stated, they are prostitutes of the insustry
I suspect there are many retired people that get their license and view the $75 insurance inspection as getting paid for their entertainment for the day. 
the only ones who aren’t “prostitutes of the industry” are the ones doing it for free. the only difference isare the price and services.
