sorry it is not in the Prestons guide, but as it is a current model my guess would be less than 5 years old.

What did they do with that roof deck? Looks to be an origional wood plank and shingle roof, the shingles since torn off, and re-roofed over the 1x spaced plank. That i get. But is that tar paper i see directly above the 1x plank? I have to assume theres plywood OVER that tarpaper?


Haven't ever seen the tar paper UNDER the plywood. Just typing out loud...
