Constantly making race the center of every argument, continually using race to win the arguments. Mix that in with a large amount of Ecclesiophobia, Christophobia, and Antisemitism, and it can get ugly fast.

How many dead will you tolerate? How many years? How long will Ukraine hold off elections until Russia is dead? What if I do not want to pay for it? How long shall we sit on the razor thin edge of nuclear disaster?
I say, Ukraine is welcome to fight for as long as they want. I am not stopping them. I think we could easily withdraw without peace. Who is stopping us? I bet the Ukrainians will start coming to reality then, eh?
My position, find peace through compromise and let’s live long and find a way to prosper. We missed our opportunity to be the 800# gorilla at the beginning, before the invasion. That is when all the mistakes were made by the USA. Time to realize that and save as many lives as possible.

We blew our chance to prevent that. It’s happened. They occupy land. How many $ billions, hundreds of thousands dead and decades of war are you willing to endure before you acknowledge it’s time to stop? All the while a heartbeat away from a miscalculation that triggers mutual destruction.
Btw, Ukraine has already conceded that these interior attacks are meant to accomplish one thing… Increased leverage during the inevitable negotiations.

I’m not sure, but Russia annexed Crimea under Obama and annexed portions of Ukraine under Biden.
Biden’s response to the Russian military build up told Putin all he needed to know. The lights were green.
So here were are. There will be no ‘end to this war’ that will even remotely resemble whatever fantasy Americans are holding out for. There will be no orderly Russian retreat.
It will be a series of cease fires, concessions and mutual security/safety agreements.
We might as well get on with it and save as many lives and money as possible. Simultaneously reducing nuclear threat.

Well, Trump is pretty certain Putin either fears him, or greatly respects him. Why else would Trump say he will end the war prior to taking office? Or maybe you are saying he will end the war by cutting off our support for Ukraine, causing them to lose their sovereignty?
