Joe Morris (NACHI member) of Sunbelt Inspections talked and showed the different types of EIFS.
Carl Scott, president of the Birmingham Association of Realtors, talked to the group of 50 "Deal Killers" about how inspectors should address Real Estate agents and also the dos and don'ts.
