The panel looks like a dry location panel (NEMA 1) when it should be a raintight panel (NEMA 3R) minimum.

You’re right Bob. It was rated for dry locations and had the wrong cover on it (notice the plastic spoon jammed into the top of it to “secure” it).

This place was one of the worst I've seen in a long time. . .
