Ante tip brackets on kitchen ranges for safety
This is an item that I call out on ninety percent of my inspections.
This is not a common scalding mishap, but when it does happen, it is very hard to deal with for a long time to come, along with lifetime scaring. Generally, these accidents happen on holiday family get together time. I suggest getting the brackets ahead of time, and giving them out to clients as a gift.
**Anti-tip **brackets that are not installed can usually be found in the bottom pot storage drawer, or the kitchen junk drawer. The kits have been supplied with ranges for a couple of decades.
I don’t recommend wasting your money supplying these as gifts as most ranges that don’t have them and can’t be found, are old and will be replaced anyway.
Supply an awesome report and keep your profits.
