Either Racoon or it very well could be goose. We have a ton of them come through here and that looks like goose poop. You could taste it and see if it tastes like snow or dirt. Then it could either be a Canada Goose or a Snow Goose. Kidding on tasting it, don’t do that it is probably nasty!
I’m gonna say raccoon.

You could collect a sample and do some DNA testing on it
