Do you smoke it when you do it?

I tried some in the dehydrator just out of the bag with nothing added and I did not like it at all.

It was a little over dry but that is how I normally like it.

Maybe I should have marinated it with liquid smoke and such like I normally do.

Oh well I tried. I’ll try MOST things at least once.

My next smoked ham will be with Apple Chips (at a friends suggestion)
Fill the water pan with apple cider and apple wood chips on the coals…
