Fellow Inspectors,

Just got a new camera and had to try it today. So, is there anything wrong with this brand new panel in the garage of a brand new condo?

Best looking panel ever posted on this board icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif

I have put the past behind me,

where , however, it now sits, making rude remarks.

Other than >6 breakers to shut off power? Is this the main panel or a sub-panel?

It might be set a little to deep but the cover is made to adjust.

What is on your mind, the lack of a main?

It must be somewhere else. (It better be anyway) ![icon_eek.gif](upload://yuxgmvDDEGIQPAyP9sRnK0D0CCY.gif)

He mentioned it was a condo I figure the main is outside by the meter.

You are correct.

No main and it passed with no problem. The builder will add it to his list. No gas shut off valve at furnace, water leak from main at slab…

The Plumbing inspector showed up while I was there and gave the place 3 violations.

Anatol There is no requirement to have a main at the panel.

It could be at the meter or anywhere between the meter and this panel.

Did not see it at the meter , nor was it visable anywhere in between. I have to go back to do the re-inspection and will find out what the deal is. The builder’s Rep had no idea where it was.

It is next to the meter.

And it MUST be identified. I mean it must show which unit it supplies.
