Our Office routinely works with a PA Licensed Architect and PE.

I have never suggested that I am a PE in any State.

IMO Joe Hagerty was just blowing some steam off. He is obviously full of BS when he made his claim that he is a PE. The photos he posted with the structural wall damage were also doctored IMO, and if he was offering engineering services I truly hope that he is qualified!! My thoughts are that he is not, otherwise why would he delete his posts?

I do however believe him when he said that the company had offered him a position. The money sucks (40K) but for Joe maybe it’s good.
Anyway Joe I wish you the best!! and I’m sorry that you will no longer be a Home Inspector!! :wink:
