Of course the only way to really know is to have it tested. If you state that it is asbestos and your client pays to have it removed. Guess who will be paying when it’s discovered it’s not really asbestos?
I'm not saying it's a bad idea to point out as possibly being asbestos. Just be careful of the wording used. Unless of course you are qualified in this area.
