basement kitchen, cabinets, water & mold in basement because...

there were deteriorated, leaky rod holes in the foundation wall.

interior basement water-diverting companies would have told the homeowner 1 or more of the following…
–that they supposedly have a hydrostatic pressure problem under the floor

–they supposedly have broken/clogged drain tiles that only an interior system and sump pump would solve… lies like these.

The only way one is going to honestly IDENTIFY the ACTUAL problem(s) is to remove some of the drywall, in order to SEE the foundation walls and see if there are 1++ deteriorated rod holes and–or 1+ foundation wall cracks etc.

Interior companies are not going to do that!!! They want to sell you an interior system $$$.

There is already a sump pump in basement, works fine!

The basement leaked because there were deteriorated, leaky rod holes…
PERIOD. NOT because of any other stupid supposed problem aka LIE.

Now… IF the homeowner had got talked into an interior system they still would have had to MOVE some of the cabinets etc, just like they did for my azz. So NO extra cost there.

How did they SAVE lots of money AND ‘stop’ the water from actually coming in? Common sense, patience!!!

Let’s say a company talks them into a PARTIAL 2-wall system… that would cost at least $4,000–7,000 depending on who one calls.

How much did it cost to seal the rod holes? $180

There was also some mold on the foundation wall in some areas and on the insulation and so installing ANY type of interior system would NOT have stopped further mold, got that?

Weeeeee have heaven…tell the moon dog tell the march hare
