Poor adhesion of stone veneer…
Well, that is a cladding and a poor one at that Randy. 
Don’t know if this is for the exterior or considered roof, but here it is again, different shot.


Brand new house, was finished 3 months ago, inspected last week, client closed yesterday.
I like nails poking out every now and then makes it easier to hang lights up…
And those cracks in the stucco makes it look like an older structure 
I hate when that happens, you throw a couple beans out the window, and the next day you discover they were apparently magic beans, if you climb up you may find a giant, or goos laying gold eggs etc…

Real Estate agent told home buyer they did not need a home inspection. Homeowner has a roof leak and makes agent repair leak. Agent uses one of their for sale signs for patch.

Lets tear down the exterior greenhouse/sun room and advertise an exterior attached patio area. Oops…forgot to add flashing or protection against water infiltration where the “patio” attached to the wood frame.
