This must be a broker type of inspection company. They seem to be showing up everywhere. They form a company and try to farm out thier work, someone will take it. They list no type of their own licensing for the services they provide. They state in their website that:We only use State Certified Inspectors! I don’t do many home inspections as I am in the building envelope investigation businees, but these type companies call a few times a week trying to get someone to do their work. Call them and ask them a question about something if you want an entertaining answer.
I think you guys will see some improvement in the coming years, if not soon.
When they started licensing here in 2002 there were literally thousands and thousands of inspectors, now there is about 750 active in the state, granted Arizona is nothing like Florida, but the law of averages works the same fashion.
I would bet you see a dramatic decline in renewals as the coming years pass, people just don’t understand you cannot provide quality service at Walmart pricing…sooner or later 50-75% will fold, it will happen.
