what he needs is exterior waterproofing under the porch, porch has pulled away from house so homeowner gonna ‘86’ the porch anyways and so THAT is the time to get the exterior waterproofing done which will cost MUCH less money that the fraudulent interior drainage system and yes of course, if homeowner had hired them, they were going to cover the inside of the walls to HIDE aka conceal the cracks, water = scam baby
