How many of you use call centers for your business?

I used to use ACC.
They are now owned by Porch.

It was for the first 5 or 7 years that I was with them, but now I only do 1 inspection a day so now it’s not worth it.
I tried ACC years ago before they were owned by Porch and the experience was beyond terrible - time zone challenges (I was on the west coast), unskilled people answer the calls, couldn’t get my price matrix right. You name it, they couldn’t do it.
FF 10 years and with the slowdown I’m back on my phones and am actually finding it a lot easier than it used to be. When I call comes in we generally just nail down a time and do the rest via email so it’s usually fine answering while inspecting. Back in the “old days” (basically pre-ISN) I had to get all the info while on the phone.
@kleonard did you intentionally make a choice to go to one per day?
Yes, actually a few years back I decided to slow it down to one a day, although I have broken that rule occasionally for previous clients or for someone who’s in a bind, one a day is the only way to go, at least for me.
And because of this crazy market, I have not had much of choice these last two years, I’m hoping things will start to get back to a more normal market this spring, we’ll see.
Totally get it. I’m in the same market as you. Would love to catch up in person sometime to network over lunch or coffee.
