How many use call centers to book their jobs? If so who do you use and is it worth the money?

You really cannot be in business without at least a back up call center , for when you don’t answer, I have used perceptionist, great price, but multiple errors, I have been using nxt inspekt for a couple years, great job, more expensive.

I looked it up and it doesn’t appear to be a call center.
Do client’s just book on line?
I might have the name wrong, nxt inspekt is online scheduling software, it is really great, but the same company is my back up call center, not sure what the name of it is, I attached Chris’s contact info, he was my original contact for both
