What ?? Vern and I have discussed things before. There are a few people in Canada who don’t really consider me to be the Spawn of Satan as you want them to believe. You know about 1% of what really goes on in the Canadian industry, Roy…the rest you make up to suit your fantasies.
I just happen to be visiting Edmonton and he and I are having a friendly coffee.

You pretend to help people but most of your efforts are spent stalking and harrassing others whose views are different than yours. How is NACHI not self-appointed when Nick owns everything, lock, stock and barrel ? Members have no say about anything. It’s one man’s law and everyone had better obey. When did you have the last NACHI election ??
Or, how about the very silent ACHI, another group that has never had an election ? Are you going to run for President again, or are you afraid they’ll fire you again ?
At least the members of the Board of the NHICC were elected fairly and openly by National Certificate Holders. As for secrets, Claude and I have answered more questions than anyone over the years, only to be ridiculed, taken out of context and mis-quoted time and again.
As far as my meeting with Vern, it does not involve NACHI members. It involves two people who want to make the industry better without nonsense from people like you. I have no issues with Vern, in fact, I applaud him for all he has done while getting thrown under the bus by Nick.

You sir have gone out of your way on more than several occasions to libel people with innuendo, lies, deceit, and questionable antics. Your associates have gone out of their way via news pieces painting anyone not in your camp as cowboys!
And unlike your lot, ACHI does not have like PHPIC and NHICC people who operate their own home inspection school and/or supplier of inspection reports, and sundries.
And you and your cronies knew what was going on within the original National, the financing and infighting and remained silent til it was revealed your fellow board members were accepting applicants money all the while knowing the program was faultering due to egos and corrupt activities, just as you were aware of the corruptness that invaded OAHI while you were a board member.

Good luck with that. And don’t even try to tell Chris Morrell or our I.T. Department what to do. They are in Philadelphia (2,000 miles away from headquarters) and self-manage their entire operation. Chris is also on InterNACHI’s Board of Directors. I haven’t visited InterNACHI’s I.T. Department in a couple of years.
