Certified Canadian Home Inspector (CCHI)

Shame on you Bill you have had many chances to help our Industry and you keep trying to show how one sided you are .
It is too bad you have such a chip on your shoulder .
You need to stop think and see where you went wrong .

This industry will carry on with or with out you To bad for Canada your posts are so very sad to see … All the best … Roy

We feel your pain…:grin::grin:

Ah jeez, Jim, but I hate to tell you that the people who choose Nick’s scheme are not voting for anything good, They are merely taking the easiest path available.

Someday the NACHI sheep will realize how badly they have been fleeced by their owner.

BTW Jim, do you still agree with all those posts you made last year telling the world what a farce NACHI was ?? (Your words, not mine )

Bill Mullen

The “someday” you are referring to has been “predicted” since 2002, according to the archives. LOL Too bad you didn’t “predict” the earthquake in Japan. Those people would all still be alive and living in a healthy environment.

Your opinion as to how others have voted against you, however, is quite understandable. I’m sure the guy sent home from the porn auditions because his peepee was too small shares a similar view of his rejection, as well.

As for any family arguments that have spilled over into the public domain over the years … I can only say that I am here by my own choice and plan to continue to be here with no apology, regret or explanations necessary.

With all of its faults there is still no better place for a home inspector, who takes his duty to the public seriously, to be. Sure, you will find small and scattered “cliques” and “clubs” throughout North America — each claiming to be “better” based on who they exclude … but that impression quickly evaporates outside of that group.

NACHI has outlived all of the “predictions” of its impending demise, Bill … including yours.

As I recall, your ancestors in Canada turned down an invitation for membership with 13 colonies who were wanting to advance beyond English rule about 225 years ago…but eventually came around to do the right thing. It might take you a while, but you (or your descending inspectors) will make it this way sooner or later.

BINGO !!!

Your arrogant comments show clearly what you and NACHI think about Canadians. Please, Canadian NACHI sheep, wake up !!!

It’s just too bad that you use a dementia riddled person as your spokesperson in Canada.

Back to the discussion, Jim… do you still agree with all those posts you made last year telling the wrld what a farce NACHI was ??

While we’re at it, maybe we should ask Ray & Roy if they still agree with the comments they made against NACHI when they were dumped for their transgressions.

Bill Mullen

It hurts, Bill. I know. But you’ll get over it. One of these days you will find just the right combination of letters of the alphabet to name your club and inspectors will be attracted to you in droves.

Until then, you’re just the girl that didn’t get asked to the Prom… sadly looking at the raindrops on her window and telling herself how “happy” she is to be home on such a rainy night.

I have started a special string for Bill Mullen

Please take you questions and answers here … Thanks … Roy

Roy, I have to agree with you.

I am very one sided. I have been very fortunate in being able to use those opportunities to help Canadian inspectors. I believe that our industry should be trying to gain more validity, recognition and respect. It will never achieve that goal as long a Nick certifies people who have passed just only the 20 minute online test, which is not monitored or proctored. Heck, I would be willing to predict that even you could pass this test because there’s nothing stopping you from having several buddies help you. And that’s okay, because some people like you just don’t have what it takes.

Roy, I didn’t go wrong. In fact, I did very well and so did our Canadian colleagues because of my work, despite the crap you and Raymond invented.

Carry on. You are getting what you deserve.

Bill Mullen

Jim… do you still agree with all those posts you made last year telling the world what a farce NACHI was ??

Mr. Mullens.
You have made quite a short list of friends and long list of enemies during your carrier.
I have read a bit of your thinking pattern and can only say thank God you do not controlled the home inspection industry, although you have tried.
I am in agreement with everyone here when HI’s like yourself come to tear down the top Home Inspection association and it’s leader.
INACHI IS THE MOST PROGRESSIVE THINKING ASSOCIATION IN NORTH AMERICA.
Funny everyone runs to it as you and MacNiesh hammer away effortlessly to bring it down.
You are still allowed in.
Gee if others did that at lets say CanNachi, what would happen Roy.
Alberta gave INACHI it its blessing.CMI remember?
As others like you try to dislodge Vern from the Alberta government meetings.
Shame on you sir.
Your name will be remembered and not for the positive strides that others accomplish.

Jim that is the most eloquent rebut I have heard from you in months.
Sir tonight you are the King.
You made my night. HA HA HA HA

Good luck with your spinning, Bill. I’m not taking the bait.

You see, as I have previously stated … “As for any family arguments that have spilled over into the public domain over the years … I can only say that I am here by my own choice and plan to continue to be here with no apology, regret or explanations necessary.

I never said what you are attributing to me as having said. Enough said.

Robert:

I was hoping you would not continue to embarrass yourself with wrong statements.

Let’s start with the nonsense about you claiming that iNAChI was recognized in Alberta. The CMI designation has received approval, but according to Nick’s many, many statements, the CMI has nothing to do with iNACHI.

In other words, iNACHI has no standing with the licensing program in Alberta or any other Canadian province. The iNACHI members do not meet the requirements anywhere in Canada.

Next, I have never done anything to exclude Vern or anyone else for meetings. No doubt you got this misinforation from Roy Cooke, who had a chronic problem with the truth. For the truth, feel free to contact Vern.

Unfortunately, your opinions and statements are not considered worthy of attention because you base them on the foolish nonsense spewed by Roy Cooke and his buddies.

Here’s a challenge, Robert: Ask Roy if he has ever actually earned any valid credential. He will no doubt lie, because that’s how he operates, but the truth is, he has never earned a valid home inspection credential.

Roy Cooke is unfortunately a joke well past his expiry date.

Bill Mullen

#1 Gee Bill I guess Vern and INACHI HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.
#2 Go talk to Vern Bill.
#3 personally no. Behind the sense, Well Bill your name far exceeds you abilities.
#4 That is where you are wrong sir. I have set goals and mission to my life now.
You will not be the judge of that sir.
#5 sir my sources go a bit deeper than you think.
So I will not ask anyone anything.
You are well know Mr. Mullens and I will hope to live to see the day when transparency is the nature of the home inspection industry.
GOD WILLING.
INCHI NETWORKS WITH TRANSPARENCY.
I know about certification and CMI MR. Mullins.
I am not being rude but being honest sir.

Oh Bill… Let the record state, (I have the official documents and appeal findings) that Roy Cooke never ever cheated on the entry requirements of OAHI. Rather the official findings state that OAHI over zealous Admissions Review Committee, under questioning by the Appeal panel admitted to over stepping their capacities and acting outside the bylaws in place at that time.

Through my efforts acting on Roys behalf I recommended in light of what took place that Roy should be compensated in some manner given the expense he incurred defending himself.

As such a settlement was reached between OAHI and Roy and OAHI made a financial settlement.

That is the truth, and Mr. Mullen if you are implying otherwise back it up with the documents. I have copies as I pointed out earlier. Do you?

I would also like to point out subsequent to the farce and discriminatory practice the two admitted zealots went on to further admonish the Appeal panel members for their finding against him and his cohort!

Not only did OAHI expend many dollars of the members money, they also took up many members times on a foolish endeavour out of spite.

Bill, you point out the over obvious: that Nick Gromicko, as Founder, head of operations, and a board member has a lot of influence on how InterNACHI is run.

Jim’s joke is funny:

… but there is some good advice in there.

Many years ago, you might have succeeded with one of your inspection associations because all you really needed back then was a few letters. And all you needed to offer was “logo usage” and a discount to a construction magazine subscription… and they would join in droves.

I can assure you, in a post-InterNACHI world… THOSE DAYS ARE OVER.

Pour yourself a double shot of whiskey, drink it down… and then click on this link: www.nachi.org/benefits.htm

That’s the level you have to be at if you want to play in the big leagues.

Also apologies about the CMI Mr.Mullens. CCHI.
I have not been up to speed for months.

Someone videotaped Bill making a post on the NACHI message board.

James:

Was that your home movie? You were quite lucky…an inch or 2 one way or t’other and you wouldn’t be doing home inspections!!!

All InterNACHI inspectors in Alberta that have done 25 home inspections, currently in business and have passed a peer review by a CMI before they can get their license. If you do not meet these laws by September 1, 2011, done a minimum of 25 home inspections and are an existing business on September 1 you will not get you license. After September 1 2011 you will have to take the Carson Donlop’s correspondence course from SAIT.
CMI’s will get their license. End of!

If you misinterpreted my statement excuse me.
CMI does play a roll and the Alberta government has given validity to the CMI.
That is all I was saying.
