1994 Build - 15A, 120V breaker scorched heavily and actually burned through part of the panel. The offending breaker was taken out of service and a new one added but nothing done for the wiring so there’s still a scorched neutral wire in use. Not sure if it was that was when the breaker was replaced.
I had never actually seen any damage on these panels in person.
