Hey guys! In what scenario do you use the form CL-RCF-10717 (commercial roof condition inspection form) as opposed to the form RCF-10118 ( roof inspection form). I can’t find information on Citizens website…
Does it works the same way as the wind mit? You use form “10118” for 3 stories or less AND use form “10717” for 4 stories and more?
*Yes I am aware that the commercial form can be completed only by a licensed general contractor or roofing contractor.
