1990’s mobile home with CPVC supply plumbing. All of the shut off’s are copper or plated copper. To my eye the joints appear to rely on the same cement that the cpvc joints use. Are these allowable joints? Will they be prone to failure?

Thank You!.. I just did not like the look of them. I suppose that just seeing one that looked odd would be more concerning. Since they are all the same it makes sense that they came that way from the factory.
If you look closely you should be able to see the CPVC insert.
