Is this CVPC connection to the copper line through a shark bite connection? Its hard to tell especially since solvent cement was used, which would be an improper connection by itself

Pretty sure that copper adaptor has a cpvc sleeve in it. Notice the yellow cement.

That is not a shark bite fitting. It is glued on.
If that was a shark bite or another brand of quick connect fitting I would think you would see the fitting release sleeve beyond that glue, although the more experienced have already responded
