Only time I have not been able to do an inspection was because of a blizzard. I inspected the exterior and then went inside to find out the power was out. The home was on a well so I couldnt inspect the plumbing as well. Called the agent and resceduled for the next day.She was actually mad that I wouldn’t complete it. LOL
I just change my normal routine. I inspect the interior first and the exterior last.
