I am about to perform a 4 point and wind mitigation inspection on a residential 5-plex. Am I suppose to do a separate report for each unit or just one and include all the pics with labels? Is there a standard for this?

Never done Wind Mits. I do do multi unit property’s.
Everything on one report.
1: Take an image of the apt number or civic address per unit.
2: Use the addresses to report what was inspected and what requires what were. Separate components by address.
That’s the way I do it. Others might have their own system.
