Multi-unit inspection report

I’ve been looking through courses and so far (unless ive missed it) nothing specific on report writing on a multi-unit(4) inspection. I know some of you are very familiar with the NACHI site map and I hope you wouldn’t mind sharing some helpful links. Thanks

Anjali, I reported the building as one unit and the 4 rentals as 4 individual for ease of understanding (1, 2, 3, and 4)…all one report.

Thanks for replying. By the way, which software did you use?

I built a template in inspector nexus for multi unit buildings. I can easily change the headings for a specific property. Unit “1-4” or “A-D” or whatever. I can add units as needed. Each unit has its own subcategories just like a standard template; kitchen, bath, bedrooms, electrical, etc.
