Does anyone have experience with the Managebee software? It seemes pretty good, but was wondering what others thought.
How did you come to this determination?
I have been trying it out for the past few days. It is new, so my concern is with regard to reliability. Anything to offer about it?
Nope, except that if you’re happy with it, who cares what others think.
As for reliability, is it ‘On-line Only’? Does it use the Cloud? Is it compatible with Desktop computing? I suspect you know where I am going with this. Like all digital software/programming, use at your own risk… and ALWAYS have a backup plan and system in place!!

I have no experience with, or never heard of Managebee home inspection reporting and business software.
I did visit the site and was not impressed period. The first feeling I got is that this is a new home inspection report software provider trying to gain market share.
Most inspectors use tried and true home inspection report software. I used Carson Dunlop Horizon business software.

The site states it is still in beta, and was due out January 2025 (missed the date, apparently).
That means it’s still very much too new for anyone else to form an opinion yet. And I’ve never heard of it, FWIW.
