Draft image: Parge Coating

I’ve attached a new draft image to preview, before finalizing. I’d like to hear any valuable feedback from the forum. Thanks for your help!

Lots of variables when it comes to foundation damp proofing but based on your drawing, the Portland cement parge coat would be 3/8" thick min. and the “Finish Coat” which is actually the damp proofing layer (by code) would be 1/8" min. for a total of 1/2" thick.

My comment is based on residential construction and the IRC.

Thank you!

Zak, you’ve been doing a great job on all of these new illustrations. Is there a specific tag I can search for within the image gallery to pull all of your new illustrations up at once, so I don’t have to dig through each category to manually hunt them down?

Nice work Zak these illustrations are very useful tools for an inspector’s report.

Thanks Scott!

Unfortunately all images have limited tags, so they’re all lumped in together. We do not store who uploaded what to the gallery, so we can’t filter it. Sorry man.
