Also, in another related side story, the U.S. Department of Defense’s own attorneys have written a letter to Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel asking for an examination of Col Bogdan’s fitness for command. The letter includes nearly 20 uniformed officers and civilian counsels as signatories.
