You got that right, Frank. I just did a search. I’m the only inspector in my county. The closest licensed inspector is over 30 miles away. If you take my county and the 5 counties that share a border with my county, you find about 120,000 residents. Its not like San Diego around here 
Google the FBI crime rate statistics for 37724 (Cumberland Gap, TN). Only 2% the national average. It’s very safe, and people are mostly friendly. Don’t get me wrong, I like San Diego, and I used to work some in El Cajon and Mira Mesa. Great place to visit, but too crowded for my taste.
