Are Jalousie windows made with safety glass? Buyer has four small children, recommend installing some railings.
Did you check a label ? There should be a marking in a corner somewhere if they are safety glass

Yes, I looked but couldn’t find anything. Very old windows aluminum frames were oxidized making them tough to open.
Not likely if your not sure recommend guards , well i do anyway
