Has anyone worked with and/or investigated the new Fluke Ti10 Thermal Camera? For the price, it does appear to have more features than the Flir BCam. Input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi John, Is that the model number you are looking at? I am purchasing the TiR today, so I have looked at that one and the Tir1. I think that the Ti10 is recommended for electrical applications, while the 2 I mentioned are for home inspections.

I think there are too many “features” on the BCAM as it is!
Does anyone make a phone you can just say “hello” to anymore?
The IR scans I see all over the net “cloud” what you are trying to see.
When I got the spiel from Flir about cam’s better than the BCAM, it brought up that I was not comfortable hauling some of these things into and through a crawl space/attic. “No Comment”.
If I don’t take it out of my truck, what good is it? If I leave it there I’d be worried it would get stolen (and wouldn’t get any work done).
I have a holster for my BCAM and it goes everywhere with me.
If I buy a better camera, I will never give up my BCAM.
I have thousand dollar digital cameras. They don’t go to the crawlspace (or into the Grand Canyon on a pack mule)!
I don’t think I would drag a $20k camera where I don’t even want to go!
And if I found something I needed it for, I really wouldn’t need it anymore!
