So I’m at thisafternoon’s inspection, hoping I can get through it quickly to get to my daughters kindergarten graduation at 5:30.

Real big house, 4 furnaces and a boiler, 2 huge garages, and I lost count of the bedrooms and baths. I ran into the appraiser somewhere on the 2nd floor and I swear, she was lost. No way am I gettting this done in a reasonable amount of time.

Then, a crack of lightining and a second later, out goes the power.

"Providence!" I exclaim to myself, I can stop the inspection here, make arraingements to complete it on Friday when the pool inspector comes.

The buyer, seller and realtor say no problem, and off I go to drive away to the graduation.

Then I get to my car.

Thankfully, I had my camera along. The wife and kids would have beat me to death if i didn't have a good excuse for missing the graduation. It took the power company 3 hours to clear the road.

Glad to see it did not smash your car.

Were the wires still hot? ![icon_eek.gif](upload://yuxgmvDDEGIQPAyP9sRnK0D0CCY.gif)
