Four point/Wind mit/Roof inspection software

I’m currently looking at templates/software to do my four points, wind mits and roof inspections. I’m mainly looking to be able to save time compared to how I’m currently doing these reports (using PowerPoint for the pictures and PDF filler for reports). I have seen two templates I like:

Are any of you using any of these? Pros ? Cons? Any other recommendations?

most Report software already will have templates available for this. or you can make your own within the software.

Most of us used Adobe to create our own fill-in-form using the Florida forms as a templet.
