Just did this inspection - house built in 1979 - a Gould panel with this GFCI breaker installed. It works like it should when tested, but the wiring sticks out to me, but my mind is blank - anything?
The black jumper wire is factory. No issue
I have not seen one wired that way.
It doesn’t look right but I actually couldn’t say it is wrong either.
