I guess we jumped threads (LOL). I have to agree with Michael. I feel my time is worth much more than what most are willing to pay. The problem I am finding is that once price is discussed they are already finished with the conversation. I think I am better served dealing with the buyer knowing what he is getting into rather than the buyer getting in over their head. I am quite comfortable right now and can wait for the buyers who value experience and education over price.
