Anyone have experience working with this outfit? They reached out yesterday looking for inspectors to perform construction draw inspections. Just checking before I respond. Thanks in advance!
They reached out to me a couple of months ago. When I replied that what they are offering for payment is well below what I normally receive, the communication stopped.

They have been around for years. Yes, they do not pay what many want, but the work is quick and easy and if you work it smartly you can make money. I have not done work for them in many years, but I understand they still pay around $50 to $75 per site visit. You take pictures (12-20) and then complete an online form and upload the pictures. Should not take more than 15 minutes on site and about the same to complete it online. If you have nothing going on they make great fill-in work. Getting what I call mailbox money is a nice treat!

Actually… This (GRM) is a NEW version of what was originally “Granite Construction Inspections” (GCI).
Altisource took them over a few years ago, and IMO, totally screwed them up!

I have not done work for them in years. Seems all they had in my area the last time they called were residential draws that were nowhere close to me! Good to know.
If anyone is wanting to get into draw work. Look at Partner Engineering, Lender Equitity Assuarance, NOVA and a few more large national firms. Also local banks, where you can charge more than then the national firms offer!
