Fellow Inspectors,
Had this today. Panel located over the kitchen counter.
Upon closer inspection the cover panel is blocked by the cabinet.
There was so much paint over the cover, I could not cut through it.
Numerous other electrical issues in this 2 bedroom apt. , now a condo.

Are FPE fuse panels as bad as breakers? I saw this today. What are the concerns?
FPE has made many products. The problem is with their Stab-lok load centers - design, function and components. It is inherently flawed.
FPE fuses are no better or worse than any other brand.
