ok so i won’t BASH the others who were here n gave homeowner EST for interior drainage system pft
they only got water in basement, on floor under side door area, that’s it so i did a water-test and they got water in same area within a few minutes = automatic need for EXT waterproofing
ok so we saw cut and knock out 4", what is supposed to be there n… there’s more lol

how much CONCRETE do you wanna pour against a wall n think the concrete on top of concrete is going to solve your problem?
