What is the ground to. I would think that using the romex & cutting the hot/nuetral isnt up to code. Any suggestions on what the ground is to?
This was located at the bath tub access panel.
Probably the house has an ungrounded system and someone wanted to ground a nearby computer outlet or the bathroom GFCI. Of course it isn’t legal.
