Been looking into streamlining things a bit more but I have a few questions:
I currently use Square and ISN. A bit clunky, but it works. Now I’m thinking of changing to one of the suggested merchants for credit/debit cards. My first question is is there an extra charge from ISN for using one of their suggested vendors (say a per use type charge)
What is the percentage that each vendor charges (specifically Guardian)? I would like to see if I’m actually going to save money, or will it cost me.
How does it work from the clients end? As in, is it one e-mail that confirms the appointment, sends the agreement, and sends a link to payment?
How fast is the money deposited? Most the time I’m getting my money from square on the same day.
There is no charge from ISN to use a CC processor (whomever you choose)
Percentages are determined by each vendor. I “believe” Aaron from Guardian is currently at 1.8 However, what I recommend is giving him a call and discussing directly as I may not have the latest info.
The client does receive an email to sign the agreement and pay at the same time (if you want)
The best part is… if they haven’t paid by the time you send out the report… the report can be paid for immediately before they view it. Even if they want to view it at 2:00 a.m. on a Friday night.
How fast it is deposited also depends on the processor. Most do not do 1 day most do 2.
Give Aaron a shout his contact info is:
Aaron Fuhriman Phone: 1-800-608-7363 ext 605 or his partner
Ben Tolman Phone: 1-800-608-7363 ext 603
They have no contracts, no cancellation fee’s, no signup fees, the application is about 2 pages and they can have you up and running in about 2 days or so.
And, they take extra special care of ISN folks… I should know… I use them myself!
Thanks! I had sent an e-mail yesterday through their website, just using the weekend to improve on the business some. Take a class or two, look at streamlining better, all in all just giving myself a year into this kinda look. Seems like maybe I should make a jump. One year aniversarry of actually doing inspections is in 2 weeks! Thanks for your help.
