Harry strikes again

Lets play a game of “Find the problem area”.

Ya gotta admit, sometimes our job is really easy.

Problem was the screws they used on the bottom of the sheathing weren’t the right length for the repair … :-0

If the decay weren’t quite so far along, the patching OSB hadn’t yet detached and the damage wasn’t visible from on the roof and you’d started the inspection on the roof… you might have found it the hard way!

Walking the roof one minute, laying on the living room floor with a broken leg, covered with drywall rubble and insulation the next. Lotsa’ traps in our business.

I KNEW it was bad, and almost fell through anyway.
