I came across this on my inspection today. I have not seen it before.
It is a high efficiency furnace but both the pipes lead to and from once source.

With that in mind, cold enough to have a condensate icicle, but the hose is still attached to the spigot… :thinking:…is there a “scratching your head” emoji?
